Job Summary:
Xeon Technology Limited is looking for a proactive and driven Software Sales Executive to join our team and promote our flagship product, PocketX—a comprehensive ERP solution designed to streamline business operations, including accounting, inventory, sales, HRM, and CRM management. Job Responsibilities:
➢ Identify and engage with potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking events.
➢ Present, demonstrate, and sell PocketX ERP software tailored to clients’ business needs.
➢ Conduct detailed technical demonstrations to showcase how our software can solve customer pain points.
➢ Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
➢ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s customer base.
➢ Gather client feedback and share it with the product and development teams to enhance our offerings.
➢ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide insights to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:
➢ Educational Background: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
➢ Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP software, SaaS solutions, and their applications in various industries.
➢ Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
➢ Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
➢ Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and fieldwork.

Experience:
➢ Experience: 1-3 years of experience in software sales or a related field (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).

Job Location:
➢ Mirpur 10, Dhaka.

Salary:
➢ Up to 50,000 BDT (based on experience) + attractive commission structure
