Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable to monthly or yearly subscription fees if there is a technical failure or service delivery issue that cannot be resolved by our support team.
Signup fees, customization charges, and domain/hosting fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected] within 7 days of the issue arising.
Timeline for Processing Refunds
Once a refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.
The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
