Job Responsibilities:
➢ Create visually engaging graphics for print, digital, and social media campaigns.
➢ Design and produce high-quality motion videos for marketing, product promotions, and explainer videos.
➢ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
➢ Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines.
➢ Develop infographics, promotional materials, and ad banners to support campaigns.
➢ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
➢ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
➢ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
➢ Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
➢ Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and video work.
➢ Skills: - Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual design skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
➢ Adaptability: Familiarity with designing for various platforms (web, mobile, social media).
Job Location:
➢ Mirpur 10, Dhaka.
Salary:
➢ Up to 35,000 BDT (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses
