Job Summary: We, Xeon Technology Limited, a leading software company committed to delivering
exceptional services to our valued customers looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist whose
primary responsibility will be to apply marketing strategy for the benefit of the company and
promote the sales of services with given sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
➢ Analyze the market and develop an effective plan to maximize sales.
➢ Answering calls and provide information about our products and services.
➢ Carry out software marketing activities according to the goal set up by management.
➢ Search Productive customers and communicate with them professionally.
➢ Visit new clients to capture and analyze their needs.
➢ Follow up the clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
➢ Build a strong relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
➢ Communicate with client throughout the implementation project life cycle.
➢ Develop and conduct training programs for each client.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in Marketing from any reputed university

Additional Requirements & Experience:
➢ Age must be 23 to 30 years
➢ Working experience as Sales Executive in technology field or tech company
➢ Flexible in ERP, Business Management, Accounting or Inventory Software
➢ Must be willing to travel for marketing, implementation and training purpose
➢ Strong interpersonal, communication, listening and problem-solving skills
➢ Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure in any environment
